An Australian fashion label, combining innovative designs with classic style. Garments available in sizes 6-20.


As a busy e-com business with 3PL integration, Customer Service plays an integral role in Twosisters the Label. From assisting customers pre-purchase, dealing with concerns, shipping issues, stock queries and customer reviews, right through to the Return/Exchange process, my role helps to bring all the pieces together, ending in a seamless shopping experience.


Over the years, we have also focused on social media management and influencer + UGC outreach to help with brand visibility and awareness.

An Australian parent-focused brand, focused on preparing for pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood.


The community of this brand is what stands them apart from the rest. Nurturing, engaging and educating followers during one of the most emotionally charged periods of their life is what sets up this brand for success - growing their followers organically and ensuring they feel safe, secure and comfortable asking questions and passing on their knowledge.


This e-com brand is now expanding rapidly into the wholesale market, so keeping their social media pages both aesthetically pleasing yet still relatable to the consumer is very important and at the forefront of our voice.



Melvory Skincare


An Australian skincare brand, providing natural and organic skincare solutions to families across the world.


From its early days as a home start up, to a powerhouse growing international brand, creating and building the 'voice' of the company has been goal number one. Thanks to an in depth customer service system, from speedy replies to DMs, email enquiries and customer engagement on social media, the brand is famous for caring deeply and ensuring customers are not only happy, but are well educated and confident to return to shop again and again. Integrating AI and help-desk/live chats as an additional customer service option has given an all-hours, all-access approach to assistance & has helped to push the brand into new heights over the years.


Other notable tasks included social media scheduling, captions and copy-writing, award applications and submissions, managing wholesale clients, Shopify and Klaviyo apps and automations, customer reviews & UGC and influencer management, and whole staff training on Customer Service, product knowledge, content creation and retention.
